Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the Platform, Players must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless already converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. gf99 strongly recommends that you:

Deposits
The following terms govern deposits made to a gf99 Account:
- Currency: All deposits are accepted and held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gf99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Accepted methods: gf99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
- Deposit processing: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmation. Card deposits may be subject to a processing delay of up to 30 minutes.
- Own funds only: Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and that are not derived from criminal activity. gf99 operates anti-money laundering (AML) checks and reserves the right to delay or decline a deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified.

Withdrawals
The following terms govern withdrawal requests from a gf99 Account:
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- KYC requirement: gf99 requires Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC must be completed by submitting valid government-issued identification and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
- Same-method withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, gf99 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.
- Processing times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours during BST banking hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM BST, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window.
- Wagering requirement clearance: Withdrawals from a Balance that includes active Bonus Funds are only permitted once applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to clearing wagering requirements will result in the automatic removal of those Bonus Funds from the Balance.
- Right to verify: gf99 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks. Where a delay exceeds 5 business days, gf99 will communicate the reason to the Player and provide an estimated resolution timeline.
- Withdrawal fees: gf99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Express withdrawal processing requests may be subject to a nominal service fee as disclosed at the time of request.
Bonuses and Promotions
gf99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed Account registration, are aged 21 or above, and have not previously been subject to a bonus restriction on their Account. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only.
- Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements on gf99 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
- Contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Slot games typically contribute 100%. - No cash equivalent: Bonus Funds have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are fully met. gf99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on gf99, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and all other sporting markets offered on the Platform:
- Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and confirmed when the Platform returns a confirmed bet reference number to the Player. Bets that are not confirmed by the system — including those affected by a connectivity failure, system timeout, or technical error — are not valid.
- Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
- Void bets: gf99 reserves the right to void a bet where an error in odds is identified, where the event is abandoned or postponed without being rescheduled within 48 hours, where the result of the event cannot be officially verified, or where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns on the market in question.
- In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the gf99 trading team. Decisions on in-play bets by the gf99 trading team are final.
- Maximum payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum payout limits which may vary by market. The applicable maximum payout for each market is displayed at the time of bet placement. gf99 will not be liable to pay any amount in excess of the stated maximum payout, regardless of the odds accepted.
- Match fixing: Any Player found to have placed bets on events in which they have a direct or indirect role in influencing the outcome — including players, officials, coaches, or associated persons — will have their Account permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
Casino and Game Rules

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one Account or sharing an Account with another individual.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity or age information during registration or KYC.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or manipulate game or betting outcomes.

Responsible Gaming

- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum daily session duration. Once the session limit is reached, the Player will be automatically logged out and prevented from logging in again until the session window resets.

gf99 shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
- Losses arising from interruption of service, technical malfunctions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond gf99's reasonable control.
